- Yes. Messaging the places, pros, and vets your dog visits — and arranging trusted stays with other owners — is free. Pawsada Plus is only for premium extras like PawCam™.
- What do I actually get with Plus?
- PawCam™ live video of your dog while they're in someone's care, and an AI Health Overview. That's it — everything else is free.
- How do I get Plus for free?
- Know five dog people? Send each a quick invite by text or email — straight from your contacts if you like. Once your five are out, your year of Plus is on us. They don't have to sign up, and there's no limit on how many friends you bring.
- How do PawPoints work?
- You earn PawPoints when you host and spend them when your dog stays — a standard overnight is 100 points either way. PawPoints have no cash value; they're how members exchange care instead of paying nightly boarding charges. Free for everyone.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your dog keeps their free Pawsport and everything in it — records, stays, and messaging all stay. Only the Plus extras (PawCam™ and the AI Health Overview) step back until you return. Annual and monthly both cancel anytime.
