Terms of membership

This Member Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and Pawsada (“Pawsada,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining the community, or otherwise using the Pawsadaplatform (the “Platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What Pawsada is

Pawsada is a private membership community and software platform that helps dog owners connect with other dog owners to independently arrange reciprocal dog care. Pawsada provides tools to create profiles, browse and search for other members, send connection requests, message, and record exchanges and feedback.

2. What Pawsada is not

Pawsada is not, and does not act as:

• a pet-sitting company, booking agency, or pet-care provider;
• an employer, contractor, or staffing agency for caregivers;
• a party to any arrangement, meeting, or exchange between members;
• an emergency pet-care or pet-care dispatch service.

Pawsadadoes not assign members to one another, does not guarantee pet care or availability, does not inspect homes, does not supervise or control how care is performed, and does not recommend or certify any member as “safe,” “qualified,” or “vetted.”

3. Members are responsible for their own decisions

You acknowledge and agree that members independently evaluate, arrange, accept, and manage all pet-care exchanges. You are solely responsible for deciding whom to meet, whom to trust, whether to exchange care, and on what terms. You assume all risks associated with any interaction, meeting, or exchange arranged through the Platform, whether to you, your dog, your property, or any third party.

4. Identity verification and reviews

Some members may choose to verify their identity, and members may leave reviews and community feedback. These tools are provided for informational purposes only. A verification badge or positive feedback is not an endorsement, guarantee, or representation by Pawsada about any member, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for your own judgment.

5. Membership and billing

Joining Pawsada is free. Pawsada Plus is an optional annual membership billed at $99 per year through our payment processor. Pawsada does not take any commission on pet-care exchanges between members. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are described at checkout. Add-on services, where offered, are optional.

6. Member conduct

You agree not to:

• misrepresent yourself, your dog, your home, or your experience;
• harass, threaten, or endanger any member, person, or animal;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• use Pawsada to operate a commercial pet-care, boarding, or sitting business.

We may warn, suspend, or remove members and content at our discretion to protect the community, but we are under no obligation to monitor member conduct and do not guarantee the behavior of any member.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsada disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to any interaction, meeting, or pet-care exchange between members, or your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pawsada harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or any arrangement, meeting, or exchange you enter into with another member.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
