We collect the information you provide and a few technical basics:

Account details — name, email, and city or ZIP code.
Profile content — your bio, dog profiles, photos, preferences, and the details you choose to add.
Sensitive fields — emergency contacts, vet information, and medication needs, which you control the sharing of.
Usage data — basic logs and device information used to operate and secure the Platform.
Payment data — handled by our payment processor; Pawsada does not store full card numbers.

2. What stays private

Your exact address, phone number, and private email are never displayed publicly. Location is shown only as a general area or distance. Sensitive dog details — such as vet information, medication needs, and emergency contacts — are visible only to members you have connected and accepted.

3. How we use your information

to operate the Platform and your membership;
to help you browse, connect, and message other members;
to process payments and provide support;
to keep the community safe and enforce our Member Agreement;
to send service messages and, with your consent, updates.

4. How we share information

We share profile information with other members as part of how the community works, according to your visibility settings. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting and payments) to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the community.

5. Your choices

edit or remove most profile information at any time;
control which details connected members can see;
request access to or deletion of your account data;
opt out of non-essential communications.

6. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Children

Pawsada is intended for adults. The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
