About Blue
Blue is an Australian Shepherd mix who is very social, energetic, and loves to play. He needs an active owner with a fenced yard and is not suited for apartment living. Blue gets along with other dogs but plays roughly and needs a patient companion who won't be overwhelmed by his immature, puppy-like behavior; he sometimes doesn't pick up on cues to stop playing. He is loving and sweet but mischievous and boundary-testing, so he will do best with a strong, confident leader. Blue's potty training has improved significantly, though he occasionally has accidents in the kennel.
