Meet Arlo-a goofy, lovable pup with a heart as big as his personality. Once he feels safe and settled, Arlo's true self shines through in the best ways. He's got a playful spirit and just the right amount of energy to keep things fun without wearing you out. You'll often find him racing around the yard in joyful zoomies or contentedly chewing on a favorite bone, his tail wagging with delight. Arlo is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccines. He's a medium-energy dog who thrives on playtime and enjoys having a routine. He's doing great with his potty training and responds well to structure. He's also picking up on basic commands like "sit" and "leave it," and while he's still working on his leash manners, he's improving with the help of a slip collar. New people can make Arlo a little nervous at first, and he sometimes gets vocal when he's anxious or away from his best buddy, Ollie. But with a little patience and some tasty treats, he warms up quickly and shows just how sweet and affectionate he can be. Arlo has been friendly with cats and has had positive interactions with other dogs through a fence. He'd likely thrive in a home with another playful, tolerant dog-though he can be a bit picky about his canine companions, especially male dogs.
