Sally is a 7-year-old, 65-pound German Shepherd mix with a loving, devoted temperament who forms deep bonds with her people. She is house trained, knows basic commands, and is food motivated and eager to please. Sally does well with other dogs and cats after proper introductions and currently lives successfully with both large and small dogs as well as four cats, though she is reactive toward unfamiliar dogs on leash and requires a confident, experienced handler. She prefers to roam freely when alone rather than being crated or confined, and she becomes stressed if shut in, but she is calm and well-behaved with that freedom; Sally is looking for an experienced, active home committed to continued training and a lifelong commitment.
