About Max
Good morning miss Max! You smile though your eyes have seen some hard times. You trust though your past should say otherwise. This darling girl has not yet in her life found a soft place to land. She is still trying to make her way in this life that shows little mercy. Max find herself now at the Mchenry Animal Control, waiting her turn to leave with a happy beginning or her turn to potentially be put down for space. Max came from an unstable environment, and her previous owners are actually facing criminal charges for a variety of reasons. Where is her justice, her peace? That only arrives for Max when she can walk out of animal control and into the home of a loving family. This girl is sweet, loving, playful, cheerful despite it all, she enjoys humans very much. At this time Max is not showing signs of being the most dog friendly and after months of being in animal control she is less tolerant of those interactions. She was living with her sister for a while and they got along until the time at animal control became drawn out. We, being a training-based rescue will sponsor free training through our professional trainers to any adopter that will take her home. Max has a great opportunity to learn under a professional in the home of someone hat wants the commitment to this girl. The training will be in your home as well. All custom to her needs and her tools will be provide free of charge. Max is a strong girl and still learning some manners, so we suggest a home with older children. She can learn to socialize better with animals in a calmer environment but we do suggest at this time she be an only pet. If you are interested, please reach out this girl needs you!
