Max is a sweet and playful American Pit Bull Terrier who loves people despite a difficult past. She came from an unstable home and is still learning manners and building confidence after time in animal control. Max does best as an only pet in a calm home with older children, and she would benefit from the free professional in-home training that the rescue offers to her adopter. This strong girl is ready for a committed family to give her the fresh start she deserves.
