The rescue’s notes on Bailey 2

Bailey is 1.5 year sold, 50 lbs Bailey is a beautiful, gentle 1.5-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a sweet soul. She spent most of her young life in a shelter, but since coming into foster care, Bailey has begun to blossom. She loves running around the yard, enjoys her toys, and has recently discovered the magic of treats, which are quickly becoming her favorite thing. Despite being young, Bailey is actually a pretty low-energy dog who is happy with simple routines and quiet moments. She walks on the leash like a champ, stays right by your side. Bailey is also crate trained, though she does wonderfully outside of the crate too, settling in peacefully when left with her toys. A lifetime in the shelter left her a little shy and unsure, but she is making steady progress every day. Bailey adores other dogs and truly thrives with canine companions. Having a confident dog friend helps her learn, relax, and come out of her shell. With love, routine, and support, she will continue becoming the wonderful dog she's meant to be.
