About Gucci #2
Gucci is a 2-year-old white-and-red German Shepherd mix who combines a calm, easygoing nature with a playful streak. He is affectionate and well-mannered in the home, knows several commands including sit, stay, come, and leave it, and enjoys long walks, playtime with other dogs, and toys—especially Nylabones. He is house trained with minimal accidents in his foster home, walks fairly well on leash though he can pull at times, and has done great with other dogs of similar size. Gucci recently completed heartworm treatment and is expected to live a healthy life; he will need a calm, low-activity lifestyle for the next few weeks while recovering, followed by a final test to confirm successful treatment. His experience with cats and children is unknown, but he has been friendly with everyone he has met. Gucci's ideal home includes a fenced yard and people who are around often to provide companionship.
