I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and the occasional zoomie) saved up for the right person.

Rosie is doing great at her new foster home. Plays with their dog. Herb litter under-age pups (6 wks) were rescued from a distant shelter. They were dumped in the streets. All are very sweet. Hard to tell their breed type yet. Maybe Lab/Collie/Shep mix. Foster home bathed them and they all did well. Eating well. If you've been dreaming of a loyal companion who wants to be by your side through life's adventures (and nap time!) Rosie may be your perfect match. She is a true Velcro dog who absolutely adores her people. Her favorite place is wherever you are and she's always happy to roll over for a belly rub. Sweet affectionate and incredibly smart Rosie is eager to learn and wants nothing more than to make her humans proud. Rosie is already working hard on her manners! She's learning commands like crate and leave it improving her leash skills every day and attending puppy socialization classes to help build her confidence. She's discovering that the world isn't such a scary place after all—and she's making wonderful progress. She enjoys playing with toys loves a good game of fetch and has plenty of playful puppy energy balanced with lots of cuddles. She gets along well with both large and small dogs but she would also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only spoiled companion. Rosie can adjust as the only dog if people are home and take her out to socialize with other dogs. But we think she would especially thrive and be happier with a confident friendly dog who enjoys playing and can help show her the ropes at home. More than anything she needs a patient family willing to continue her socialization and gently introduce her to new experiences. With encouragement and consistency Rosie blossoms more every day.
