Good morning! Fae here.
I'm nine years old, know all my commands, and I'm basically a furry couch that occasionally walks itself and accepts unlimited belly rubs.
My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.
I'm a seasoned soul, which is a fancy way of saying I've perfected the art of the afternoon nap and the grateful sigh.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
I do come with a few special needs, but please don't let that scare you off — I just need a patient friend, and I pay it back tenfold.
I've been holding down the fort in Oakland, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Halloween could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Fae

About Fae
Fae – Sweet, Smart, and Ready for Cuddles Fae is a 9-year-old Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing 66 pounds. Despite her age, Fae has plenty of pep and enjoys long walks. At home, though, she's a true cuddle bug and couch potato. Wonderful walking companion: Fae is easy to walk on leash and loves exploring. She stays calm when passing other dogs. Smart and well-trained: Fae knows "sit," "down," "stay," and "paw," and takes treats gently. Affectionate sunbather: Fae loves pets, non-stop belly rubs, and may even climb into your lap. She also enjoys soaking up the sunshine. Easy at home: Fae is housetrained and can be left free in the house for up to 8 hours. She appreciates a quiet environment and may become overstimulated by lots of noise. She has a strict bedtime—she knows when it's time to call it a night! Fae would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can enjoy all the love and attention for herself.
