Man O' War is a 2.5-year-old Cattle Dog/Pit Bull mix with a sensitive temperament who is cautious around new people but becomes a loving, affectionate companion once he trusts someone. He is active and enjoys playtime and close companionship with his people. Man O' War has handling sensitivities and separation anxiety, so he needs an experienced adopter who understands canine body language and can provide patience and structure; a home with a yard is strongly recommended over apartment living. He does best as the only dog in a household and requires a family committed to building his confidence and helping him feel safe.
