I still can't believe someone actually wants me—I'm housebroken, I love literally everyone including kids and cats, and I promise to be the goodest girl you've ever seen!
My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.
I do come with a few special needs, but please don't let that scare you off — I just need a patient friend, and I pay it back tenfold.
I've been holding down the fort in Hoffman Estates, hoping someone like you would wander by.

BIO Hello! My name is Clover. I am house trained and crate trained. I am not destructive in the house at all. I had been neglected in the past and could use an angel going forward. I have an old injury that is healed. I do limp and will require lifelong joint supplements. My mobility is not affected at this time. I am able to do stairs, however as I age this may change. I am scheduled to be spayed and have treatment for Lyme's. I absolutely love people and children too. I am always happy to greet visitors.I am very good with the other dogs in my foster home. I am also good with cats. I do have a very high prey drive. I like playing with toys. I also like chewing them up. I know how to play fetch. I am a smart girl, and I pick up things quickly. Foster mom is teaching me how to walk on a leash and some commands. I am learning to relax in the car. I do need help getting in and out of taller vehicles. I do fantastic using steps. I can even do them myself. Lower to the ground vehicles I can get in and out on my own. I would like to find a home where I can get all the snuggles and affection I need. I could be an only dog if you are home more often than not. I wouldn't mind having a nice gentle canine friend. I need a home that doesn't have stairs or slippery floors. A little yard is nice.
