He has up-to-date vaccinations, knows basic commands, and walks well on a leash. Rocky enjoys long walks, swims, and car rides, but experiences separation anxiety and may nip at ankles due to his herding instinct; he needs an experienced owner who can help him lose 15 pounds and provide consistent companionship. He gets along with neutered adult dogs but should not live with puppies or children.
