About April
April is a 1.5-year-old Labrador Retriever mix weighing around 50 pounds who was found malnourished and frightened along a rural Washington freeway. She is timid and still learning about the world, but is settling well into her foster home where she gains confidence from living with another calm dog. April will thrive best in a quiet residential home with a secure fenced yard, another confident dog, and no small children, as she finds busy streets and overwhelming situations frightening. She is vaccinated, microchipped, and scheduled to be spayed.
