I'm a goofy Irish Setter pup who still can't believe I get to play with toys and toys and MORE toys, and honestly I'm just thrilled someone wants to teach me everything about this wild world.

My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.

I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.

I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.

I'm a Osteen local, just waiting on the right person.

Meet Howard! This adorable boy is one of 9 puppies (7 males and 2 females) born on 6/27/26 to Pennie, an incredibly sweet Irish Setter mix. Howard and his siblings are outgoing, playful and full of energetic puppy fun! They're great eaters, love their toys, and are always ready for some attention. While they can be a little shy when meeting new people, they warm up quickly and soon become loving, happy little companions who are more than willing to hand out plenty of puppy-breath kisses. Like all puppies, they're still learning about the world and will need families who are prepared to help them become the best dogs they can be. Their new families should be ready to work on potty training, continue socialization, and dedicate plenty of time and energy to positive-reinforcement training and helping them learn good manners. We don't know who the puppies' dad is, so we aren't sure exactly how big they will get. They all will be adopted with a spay/neuter addendum to be fixed at our vet in Sanford. Howardis looking for a family who understands that puppyhood takes patience, consistency, time, energy and plenty of love—but the rewards are pretty wonderful.
