About Dylan #1
Dylan is a 4-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix weighing 19 pounds with a sweet, playful personality and big character. Initially shy and vocal when meeting new people or dogs, he warms up quickly and becomes an affectionate, funny companion who loves following his people around, getting attention, and snuggling. He gets along well with other dogs and has done well with cats. Dylan is active and curious, enjoys walks, car rides, toys, chew bones, snuffle mats, puzzle feeders, and lick mats, and is already learning basic commands like sit and come due to his food motivation and eagerness to learn. He is very tolerant of handling. Like any puppy, Dylan is still working on potty training, crate training, and manners—he does well crating overnight but needs continued work on being alone during the day, and he jumps up for attention and can be easily distracted on walks. Dylan would thrive with a committed family able to provide plenty of attention, structure, exercise, and training as he continues to develop into an amazing companion.
