I spent my early days lost, but now I know what I've been searching for: someone to love with my whole heart, and I'm finally ready to give you everything.

About Coltonobre / Callie
Callie is a sweet and affectionate Labrador Retriever who spent her early months surviving on the streets in Texas before being rescued. Now in Colorado, she is blossoming as she learns what it means to be safe and loved—she is curious, playful, smart, and eager to please, with a wonderful balance of joyful energy and gentle sweetness. Callie is fully potty trained and kennel trained, knows "sit," "down," and "stay," and is making steady progress building confidence on leash, though she is not yet ready for neighborhood walks. She would thrive in a home with another friendly, confident dog and a secure fenced backyard where she can romp and play; she loves canine companionship and may be able to live with a dog-savvy cat with careful introductions, though she has not been fully tested with cats. Callie has moderate to high activity for her age and breed, loves attention and snuggles from her people, and needs a family with patience and plenty of love to help her continue building confidence at her own pace. She is healthy and up to date on vaccines.
