Hi there! Mitch here.

I'm that perfect middle ground—playful when you want adventure, perfectly content when you want a couch buddy, and these ears don't lie about how much I'm already smitten with you.

Word is I'm a championship snuggler. I don't like to brag, but the notes don't lie.

I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.

I'm a Boston local, just waiting on the right person.

Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.

Who knows — by Halloween I might be napping on somebody's couch. I'd love it to be near you, one way or another.

Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Mitch

About Mitch

**MEET ME AT OUR 9/19 ADOPTION EVENT IN DORCHESTER!**Adoptable in: MAGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: NoGood with kids: YesCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesMitch is a sweet, gentle, and playful boy with the most expressive ears you've ever seen. Whether they're perked up with curiosity or flopping as he relaxes, they perfectly match his charming personality. This lovable pup enjoys all the best things in life: squeaky toys, cozy naps, and snuggling up in a comfy bed (or on the couch... he's definitely earned those privileges!). With a medium energy level, Mitch strikes the perfect balance between playful and laid-back. He's just as happy romping around with his dog friends as he is spending quality time with his favorite people.Mitch is a social guy who does wonderfully when meeting other dogs and enjoys playtime with his canine companions. He also adores children ages 4 and up. As for cats, he's met one and wasn't particularly impressed, so he'd likely be happiest in a feline-free home. He's house-trained and eager to learn, already working on commands like "sit." During the day, Mitch is comfortable spending a few hours in his crate, and at night he sleeps peacefully in his crate in his own space. He may voice a brief opinion about bedtime with a few minutes of whining, but he settles in nicely and sleeps through the night. If you're looking for a loving, well-mannered companion who's equal parts playful and cuddly, Mitch might just be your perfect match!*Mitch is part of our Foster to Adopt (FTA) program.*Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
