9/3/2026Hi! My name is Virtue! I am a beautiful 6.5 year old flashy fawn girl that is an adopted return owner surrender due to changes in my owner's dynamics and work schedules and they are unable to keep me. I am described as active, friendly, smart, playful, affectionate, and obedient! I used to live with an 11 year old boxer and we got along well despite him not wanting to play with me. I am very intense when I initially meet other dogs and I'm misunderstood often. It takes awhile for me to settle in with other dogs. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are no children in my home but I am said to be kid friendly! I am house trained, am trusted and do very well roaming the home, take Apoquel for allergies, and eat Purina Pro plan Hydrolyzed Dry Food and Mutt Gut Turkey fresh food. At night I sleep in the bed with the humans and when they must be away, I am great home alone! When outside I have great behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, sitting outside with the humans on the patio furniture, being with people, attention, treats, morning walks, and snuggling!
