I'm just a girl with big blue eyes and an even bigger heart, ready to shower my forever family with adoring looks and gentle walks every single day.

My notes call me gentle and a little shy — I warm up fast once I trust you, though.

I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.

Gertrude is a 1 year old Hound / Dalmation mix who is absolutely gorgeous with her stunning blue eyes! And as a bonus, she has lots of cute spots too, showing off her Dalmation side … so adorable! But she is much more than a pretty face, having a beautiful sweet personality to match. She is good on a leash, and enjoys walks plus time spent with her human friends. Gertrude gives the best adoring looks up at you while walking together, filled with love and gratitude. So just imagine the adoration she will give to her forever family. Be sure to meet this wonderful girl soon, and find out! The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, an fvrcp shot (feline distemper/upper respiratory vaccine), test for feline aids and leukemia, deworming, and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. Phone: 770-214-3590. Please note: The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
