I'm a 50-pound sweetheart who adores kids, loves a good backyard ball game, and promise I'm way too social to spend my days in a crate.
I'm the calm one (it's in writing). A quiet home and a patient hand and I'm yours.
I've been holding down the fort in Franklin, hoping someone like you would wander by.

About DELILAH LUVS KIDS
Delilah was another Walmart Special that started as a giveaway puppy from the back end of a pick up truck. She was taken home as a young 8 week old puppy and 8 months later her owner decided that she was crating her too much and had no time to give to her. We took this pretty girl who is 50 pounds and what we determined to be a Yellow Lab and Husky mix and with a wonderfully sweet personality and calm demeanor and put her in a foster home that discovered just how perfect she was in so many ways. Delilah adores the two young children in the foster home that are under the age of 9 years. A boy and girl that she loves to kiss, nap with and play ball in the backyard. She is fine with other dogs and is nice with new people she meets. She is of course crate trained but we do not want her crated daily for a 9 hours day of an owner being gone. Her days of that were not happy ones. She blends well with new environments and lifestyle situations that we have had her in during her foster time with us. She is beautiful and kind, sweet and needing that final place to plant her heart and grow.
