Hugh’s Pawsport

Afternoon, friend! Hugh here.

I'm sweet, I'm playful, I get along with most dogs—just maybe don't send the guys in first.

My file says I've got energy to spare — adventure buddy applications now open.

I'm a seasoned soul, which is a fancy way of saying I've perfected the art of the afternoon nap and the grateful sigh.

I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.

I've been holding down the fort in Albemarle, hoping someone like you would wander by.

Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.

With a little luck, Thanksgiving could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.

Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Hugh
