Hey, friend! Amora here.
I've waited six years for someone patient enough to understand that loyalty isn't rushed, and that a quiet home with one trusted person is worth every moment of my careful heart.
I'm the calm one (it's in writing). A quiet home and a patient hand and I'm yours.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
I've been holding down the fort in Sanford, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Labor Day could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Amora

About Amora
Meet Amora – A Hidden Gem Waiting for Her Person Hello, my name is Amora. I've heard people say I'm beautiful—and I won't argue with that! But there's so much more to me than just my looks. I've been at PRBJ for over six years, patiently waiting for the right person to come along. That's more than half my life spent dreaming of a place to call home. Why So Long? The truth is, I need time. I don't warm up to new people right away, but once you earn my trust, I will love you fiercely and forever. I never forget those who show me kindness. I'm loyal, gentle with those I trust, and I truly just want a quiet home where I can relax and feel safe. Here's What You Should Know About Me: I walk well on a leash, though I prefer short strolls over long adventures—especially if you're by my side. I would do best in a calm, adult-only home (1–2 adults max) with very little foot traffic. I must be the only pet in the home. No dogs, cats, birds, or squirrels (I've got strong feelings about them). A fish might be okay! I need patience, understanding, and consistency—but I promise, I'm worth it. Still Reading? That Means You Might Be the One. If you think you might be the special person I've been waiting for, the team at PRBJ is ready to help us take the journey together. They know me well and are more than willing to support a slow introduction process to make sure we're the perfect match. It might take time, but I believe in second chances. Do you?
