The rescue’s notes on Maria Camila

Maybe you will be the one to turn this tragedy around. Maria Camilla arrived at the rescue about 7 years ago, with a group of 5 other dogs. All her pals were adopted a long time ago, but poor Maria Camilla keeps getting passed on for our Shih Tzus. True, she was not well socialized when she arrived. But her very long stay at the rescue, receiving consistent love and care, and the company of the other dogs, has helped her to become the wonderful lady she is today. Maria Camilla is a Chihuahua mix, about 12 years old, who still has the spunk of a younger dog. She can be moody, like any older lady, but is generally sweet and loves getting love and attention, petting and belly rubs, and going for walks. She would love to keep you company relaxing on the couch, going for walks, and hanging out together.
