***Ben must have a dog experienced owner. Ben is a Lab and might be mixed with some Foxhound. This boy is tall and lean, and approximately 60 pounds. Ben hasn't had the best of luck finding a home that matches his specific needs. He's a favorite of all our walkers who share how joyful he is when being leashed up for his walk! Lots of gratitude and kisses! Furthermore, he is a dream on a leash. Besides being seriously handsome, Ben is such a lover and responds positively to people who are genuinely knowledgeable about dog behavior, patient, and willing to give him time to acclimate to his new family and surroundings. Though Ben can exhibit dominant behaviors, he truly prefers his humans to take the lead. It is critical to be understanding and consistent in your expectations, especially during the period of adjustment. He gets along with other dogs, but due to his size would not be best with young children. Please give our Ben a chance!
