Jasper is a 9-year-old Jack Russell Terrier weighing 16 pounds with high energy and a bright, trainable temperament. He is house, crate, and leash trained, gets along well with other dogs, and would excel at agility activities. Jasper is not recommended for homes with children and requires an active, Jack Russell–savvy adopter. He is currently in a foster home in Middle Tennessee.
