Hey, friend! Aspen here.
I'm a sleek seventy-pound charmer who plays hard, loves treats and chest rubs, and promise you'll forget my shy first impression once I'm yours.
They wrote that I love to play. Understatement. I'd hike, fetch, and nap with you, in that order.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
I've been holding down the fort in Woodinville, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Halloween could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Aspen

About Aspen
Aspen is a 3-year-old brindled Greyhound mix weighing 70 pounds who is initially timid with strangers but becomes friendly, curious, and playful once she knows you. She loves treats, ice cubes, tennis balls, chest rubs, and tug-of-war, and she does well on car rides and knows several commands. Aspen must be an only dog in a home with a fenced yard and no cats, as she is food aggressive with other dogs; however, she enjoys playing with other dogs when they are comfortable with rougher play. She is good with children ages 10 and up, though she may be excited and jumpy at first meetings before settling down quickly.
