Roscoe has been waiting since December 2021. Not one application. Not one person has come to meet him. Day after day, year after year, he watches people walk past his kennel — always hoping this time will be different. But it never is. He's now about 7 years old, and most of his life has been spent waiting… wondering why no one has chosen him. Roscoe is a good boy. He's potty trained, has great manners, knows his commands, rides well in the car, and just wants a quiet life with someone to love him. He loves the water, enjoys walks, and would be the most loyal companion. He can take a little time to warm up to new people, but with patience, you'll have a best friend for life. Adult-only home.
