He's a devoted little lap dog who loves cuddling close and soaking up every ounce of affection his person has to give. Once he feels secure, his loyalty and love know no bounds. Monroe will thrive best in a calm, quiet home where he can relax and feel safe. Older kids are just fine, and he does well with another small dog companion. A secure, fenced yard would be his dream—somewhere he can explore, sunbathe, and enjoy life without worry. After everything he's been through, Monroe deserves a family who will never give up on him.
