The rescue’s notes on Savannah
Savannah is 42 pound, 2.5 year old kelpie shepherd. She loves playing with toys and snuggling with her foster parents and the other dogs in the home. If you'll be patient with her she will show you how sweet & what a snuggle buddy she can be. Savannah beat death and survived distemper as a puppy, while it has a high mortality rate, she beat the odds and has been cleared by the vet and is expected to live a normal life span. We would like to adopt her out to a home with another dog or someone who has time to keep her well socialized. She had a rough start to life, and we want the very best for her.
