Tessa is a 3-year-old Shepherd mix, medium-sized at about 30 pounds. She is shy and does best with someone who enjoys spending time at home; she is content with a small yard for exercise and a short walk or run as needed. Tessa is good in her crate, which she views as a safe space, and decent on leash; she will bark at unfamiliar sights and could be a good alert dog. She is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, good with children 10 and older, and would do well with a senior couple or single person looking for a calm companion.
