The rescue’s notes on MULAN
Mulan is a female, shaded red, Chow Chow about 3 years old. She weighs 48 pounds. A friendly girl, she likes attention and walks. Mulan does not like a collar (even when she was a tiny pup) but wears a harness just fine at her foster home and goes for walks just fine with the harness. Mulan is spayed, up to date on all her vaccinations, has a Bordetella booster, is heartworm negative, has been dewormed, on flea and tick meds and has been well taken care of. Mulan is crate trained also and lives in a home with 2 other Chows. Mulan is easy going in personality with other dogs. A trip to PETCO showed how friendly she is unfamiliar dogs. The Petco trip also showed that Mulan needs to "get out more". A small child is in the home and Mulan is good with the child, allowing the child to pet her, hug her and give her treats under supervision. She likes to chase cats and gets very excited, so a BIG NO cats. An approved application is required. Email trpa@wt.net.
