Picasso is a 2-year-old Lab/Rottie or Shepherd mix weighing about 50 pounds. He is vaccinated, neutered, and kennel-trained with good leash manners and no leash reactivity. Picasso is friendly with other dogs, loves water and play, and would do well as a family pet with children 8 years or older. He is currently in Texas and available for local adoption or transport to select areas.
