Breed
Oh, hello you! Flower here.
Terrier energy: strong opinions, a real motor, and a heart three sizes too big.
Word is I'm a championship snuggler. I don't like to brag, but the notes don't lie.
I'm a Elmsford local, just waiting on the right person.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
Who knows — by Thanksgiving I might be napping on somebody's couch. I'd love it to be near you, one way or another.
Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Flower

About Flower
Flower is a 2-year-old terrier mix with tremendous heart and energy despite having lost one of her front legs to amputation after a serious injury as a puppy. Though she is initially fearful when meeting new people, she warms up quickly—typically within about five minutes—and becomes a devoted, affectionate companion. She is highly energetic and loves to play, walk, and swim, and her three legs do not slow her down at all. Flower would do best in a home with a patient, experienced adopter who can commit to a gradual introduction protocol, prefers a fenced yard and someone home most of the time, and ideally would be her only pet, though other animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
