Oh, hello you! Alexander here.
I've learned that second chances taste rather sweet, and I'm ready to show you my best self—swift paws, loyal heart, and a dignified appreciation for long walks and your company.
Word is I'm a championship snuggler. I don't like to brag, but the notes don't lie.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
Born and (almost) raised right here in Seattle.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Labor Day — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.
Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Alexander

About Alexander
Alexander is a two-year-old hound who was rescued from difficult circumstances and has made remarkable progress. Initially shy with new people, he warms up quickly and enjoys affection, treats, and cuddles. He walks well on leash, is potty trained, and loves water and other dogs. Alexander thrives with daily exercise and would do best in a home with large-breed experience and a securely fenced yard, though he can adapt to apartment living with a committed adopter. He enjoys the company of other dogs but can also be a solo pet with regular opportunities for social play.
