He was pulled from a kill shelter and underwent surgery to remove a large tumor from his back; he has recovered well and is ready for adoption. Spanky is good with people and other dogs, and he is sweet, loving, and alert with a constantly wagging tail. He enjoys toys, peanut butter, time in the sun, and running in the yard.
