Oh — hi! Asher here.
I'm a well-trained soul who blooms once you earn my trust—give me quiet walks, ball games, and a patient hand, and I'll show you my goofy, devoted heart.
My file says I've got energy to spare — adventure buddy applications now open.
I'm a Kennesaw local, just waiting on the right person.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
Who knows — by Thanksgiving I might be napping on somebody's couch. I'd love it to be near you, one way or another.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Asher
About Asher
Asher is a four-year-old boxer mix weighing approximately 40 pounds with a handsome ginger brindle coat. A graduate of the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups training program, he knows sit, stay, down, come, drop it, leave it, and place commands, and he has excellent crate manners and potty training. Asher is a sweet, playful, and goofy companion who thrives with active families and loves ball play, car rides, and morning walks; he does best in a quiet neighborhood home with a fenced yard and requires a strong walker since he can be reactive to unfamiliar sounds and people. He is not suitable for homes with other dogs or cats, gets overstimulated around young children, and does best with kids age 15 and up; he will need a dog-savvy owner who can continue his training and manage his reactivity with proper introductions and techniques. Asher is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered, but he requires a muzzle or pre-medication for veterinary visits and nail trims due to anxiety.
