Today, Norman is safe, thriving, and getting the second chance he truly deserves. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, and is currently working with professional trainers on both behavior and obedience. Norman is incredibly intelligent and eager to learn—he's already making great progress and just needs someone willing to continue guiding him.
