Born: April 03, 2017 I am 10lbs and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $350 Meet Zia! Zia is a small, beautiful girl who came from a hoarding situation and is still learning to trust the world around her. She is shy but finds comfort in the presence of other dogs, so she would do best in a home with a confident canine companion. Zia does not do well with children and needs a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to adjust. With love and patience, Zia will blossom into a wonderful companion. If you have a quiet home and a big heart, she could be the perfect match for you! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble.
