Meet Cecil! Since arriving at our shelter, he has made remarkable progress. Gone are the days of barking at visitors; now, he greets everyone with excitement and tail wags. Heâs a pro at leashing up and is always ready for his adventures, whether it's a morning stroll or an evening jaunt around the neighborhood. Cecil is showing signs of being potty trained, making him an easy housemate. Heâs searching for a forever home where he can continue to thrive.
