Percy is an adorable boy with a fun, Frenchie personality. He is friendly and loves to be with people, petting, going for walks, playing silly hand games, and just hanging out. Percy is energetic and also likes to romp around in the yard. He is very fun to be with and he likes to share his love and enthusiasm with everyone. Percy gets along with other dogs too.
