About Trixie
Trixie is an American Staffordshire Terrier who loves both couch cuddles with blankets and energetic play in the yard with her toys. She's playful and silly, knows "sit," is working on "wait" and "drop it," and is food-motivated, making training rewarding. Trixie walks well (though still learning not to pull), is excellent in her crate, sleeps soundly, and is a calm car companion. She lives well with her foster brother Hank but does best with separate mealtimes and high-value toys, and she's shown wonderful patience and gentleness with the toddler in her foster home.
