Rescued from a difficult past, Posey is a sensitive soul who takes a little time to decide who is part of her "inner circle." She isn't the type to rush the door for a stranger, but she blossoms beautifully once she recognizes a familiar face. Her absolute favorite place in the world is being carried—held close in your arms is where she feels safest. While she is still learning to be brave on a leash, she is a champion cuddler who is perfectly content being your tiny, portable companion. Confidence is a journey for Posey, so she is looking for a home with another dog to help show her the ropes and give her the courage to explore.
