He is clever and curious with a playful, occasionally stubborn personality, and benefits from a confident owner who provides structure and clear leadership. Von is an impressive jumper and requires a home with a tall block wall, and while he has met other dogs successfully, he would also be content as an only dog. He enjoys walks and hiking, is leash and crate trained, and has a strong prey drive, so he cannot live with cats or small animals.
