About Rico
Rico is a 6-year-old German Shepherd who weighs 80 pounds and is neutered. After years of neglect and kennel time, he is now in foster care and making steady progress toward recovery. He has chronic skin issues that require ongoing care with quality food and supplements, and he will benefit from structured exercise to build muscle and lose weight. Rico is gentle with people and other dogs, though he is still learning how to interact socially. He is house trained and crate trained, knows basic commands like sit and heel, and does not react aggressively on leash, though he does pull without a prong collar. Rico is eager to bond and is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area.
