The rescue’s notes on Molly

Meet Molly (formerly known as Miley)! Breed: akita/mix. Age: almost 5 years, approx birthdate 12/22/20. Weight: approx 50lbs. Training: crate, leash, and house trained. She knows basic commands. Good with other dogs/cats? Yes, she does great with other dogs. No cats. Good with adults/kids? Yes. She is a bit shy/reserved upon first meeting and in new situations, but that doesn't last long. She is very loyal. She does fine with kids but kids 5 and older would be better suited for her playful side! Personality: timid/reserved at first, but she warms up to be playful and affectionate! She loves belly rubs and when you stop, she will paw for more :). She loves to play in the kiddie pools during the summer. Reason for rescue: originally, Molly came into rescue as part of an accidental litter. She was adopted in 2021 and returned due to owners losing their home.
