Casper's foster family describe him as the most loving and sweet animal that makes everyone he meets smile and happy! He brings joy to every person he meets. They say he is truly unique and makes them laugh all the time, even in his stubborn ways. He loves having his humans around as much as possible. He is a homebody, but loves his 2 long walks a day! He loves to explore and meet new people! He has been phenomenal around children and thrives off of his relationship with his humans.
