Peanut is a 4-year-old hound mix weighing 45 pounds who is friendly, loving, and affectionate, though he does experience anxiety. He is housebroken, well-behaved indoors, and thrives as a couch buddy once he's had some playtime. Peanut has been working with a trainer to build confidence and manage his reactivity, and he will need an adopter committed to continuing his training. He does best in a quiet home where someone is present most of the time, with a fully enclosed yard and no other dogs; car rides make him uncomfortable, so a home where he can stay close by is ideal. Peanut is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
