I've got three legs worth of attitude, a wheelchair that goes surprisingly fast, and zero interest in your pity—just your friendship and maybe some treats.
My file says I've got energy to spare — adventure buddy applications now open.
I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.
I do come with a few special needs, but please don't let that scare you off — I just need a patient friend, and I pay it back tenfold.

Meet Phoenix- The bravest little fighter you will ever meet. This sweet girl has a heart as big as her smile. She adores people, loves other dogs, and greets everyone like they're already her best friend. Despite surviving a terrible injury when she was shot, leaving a pellet lodged in her spine, she hasn't let it dim her spirit one bit. She now uses a wheelchair to zoom around—and trust us, she can keep up with the best of them!Her resilience is nothing short of inspiring. Every day she shows just how strong, joyful, and loving a dog can be. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your life with love, laughter, and a reminder of what true courage looks like, she's your girl.PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good.
